**Job Description:

- **
- Basic Knowledge of MS Office / Google workspace.
- Good English Communication.
- **Subscription Upgrade and Service Sales -** Executive will receive web leads and their responsibility would be to upgrade customer existing subscription and pitch new services.
- **Problem Solving** - Analyze the cause of customer issues, generate solution and implement a plan to resolve them.
- **Customer Support Practices** - Establish Customer Support Practices and devise strategies to improve the customer experience.
