**Position**: Relationship Manager - Customs Clearance Division**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Coordinate with clients regarding shipment status, documentation, and clearance procedures.
- Oversee and verify **customs documentation** in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments, customs officials, and port authorities to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle client queries, provide timely updates, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, correspondence, and client communication.
- Support business development initiatives and assist in client onboarding processes.

**Required Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Minimum 5 years of relevant experience** in **customs clearance or freight forwarding industry** (mandatory).
- In-depth knowledge of **import/export documentation**, **customs procedures**, and **port operations**.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Proven ability to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with logistics software will be an advantage.
