**About the Role**:
We are looking for energetic and bold *freshers* who are eager to kick-start their career in sales. As a *Junior Pre-Sales Executive*, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a key role in creating awareness about our turnkey construction services. This is a great opportunity to build your communication skills and gain real-time exposure to sales and client engagement in the booming real estate and construction industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Initiate *cold calls* to potential customers and explain our construction services confidently.
- Engage leads via *WhatsApp, **calls*, and other digital mediums to generate interest and convert prospects.
- *Follow up daily* with all assigned leads to maintain strong engagement and build trust.
- Maintain and update lead status in the CRM or internal tracking systems.
- Assist in generating and qualifying leads for the sales team to take forward.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales team to align messaging and improve outreach.
- Maintain a positive and professional tone in all client interactions.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
