**Key Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and treat patients with diabetes, metabolic disorders, and other general medical conditions.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and provide patient education on diabetes management and preventive care.
- Conduct outpatient consultations and inpatient rounds, as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Prescribe and monitor medications and recommend lifestyle modifications for chronic disease management.
- Perform routine and emergency procedures relevant to general medicine.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and medical standards.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- MBBS with an MD in General Medicine or equivalent qualification.
- Specialization in Diabetology is an added advantage.
- Valid medical license to practice in India (Tamil Nadu Medical Council Registration preferred).
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Diabetology or General Medicine.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
