**Job Overview**:
Magnolia Community Health is integrating **Siddha Medicine** into its Occupational Health Services to enhance the overall well-being of employees. We are looking for a qualified and passionate **Siddha Doctor** to join our healthcare team and provide holistic treatments aimed at improving stress management, wellness, and general employee health. In this role, you will contribute to a modern healthcare environment while promoting traditional healing practices within the workplace.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Diagnose and Treat**: Provide comprehensive **Siddha diagnoses** and prescribe suitable treatments to employees.
- **Consultations**: Offer consultations for employees on **stress management**, wellness strategies, and traditional healing methods.
- **Promote Holistic Health**: Advocate for and integrate **holistic health practices** in the workplace to enhance physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
- **Health Awareness**: Contribute to the development and dissemination of **health awareness initiatives** and publications within the organization.
- **Employee Engagement**: Create and lead initiatives aimed at improving **employee health** through Siddha remedies, lifestyle changes, and wellness programs.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Education**: A recognized degree in **BSMS (Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery)** or **MD (Siddha)**.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in **Siddha Medicine** practice, preferably in an occupational or wellness-based setting.
- **Skills**: Strong understanding of **Siddha treatment principles**, holistic health practices, and wellness management.
- Ability to **communicate effectively** with employees and create a **positive health impact**.
- **Compassionate and empathetic approach** to patient care.

**Desired Skills and Competencies**:

- Ability to work collaboratively within a **multidisciplinary healthcare team**.
- Experience in delivering health consultations, workshops, or wellness sessions.
- Interest in **employee wellness programs** and **stress management**.
