We, PROMED HOSPITAL, a unit of Pasteur Healthcare India P Limited, is looking for both Junior and Senior Resident Medical Officers for its ER, IP and ICU wards on rotational shifts.

Senior RMOs must have atleast 5 years experience and will know Intubation and central venous catheter insertion in ICU, whenever required.

We are looking for Indian university MBBS graduates with TN registration being mandatory with 1 or more number of years experience.

Other medical discipline graduates like Ayurveda/Siddha/Homeopathy, kindly do not respond to this posting..

**Patient Care & Emergency Management**
- **Primary Role**: Provide immediate care and treatment to patients in the hospital.
- **Emergency Handling**: Attend to emergencies, stabilize patients, and refer to specialists when needed.
- **Patient Evaluation**: Conduct preliminary physical examinations, gather patient history, and initiate appropriate diagnostic investigations.

2. **Coordination with Specialists**
- **Liaison**: Coordinate with consulting specialists and surgeons for patient management.
- **Timely Referrals**: Make timely referrals to relevant departments when specialist intervention is required.
- **Follow-up**: Ensure proper follow-up on specialist advice for the continuity of care.

3. **Clinical Documentation & Medical Records**
- **Patient Documentation**: Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records, including diagnostic tests, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all clinical documentation is compliant with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit daily case reports, and maintain a log of admissions, discharges, and transfers.

4. **Medication Management**
- **Prescription management**: Prescribe medications according to hospital protocol and patient condition.
- **Medication Review**: Monitor the administration of drugs, dosage, and effects, while avoiding adverse drug interactions.
- **Patient Counseling**: Provide patients and caregivers with information on the prescribed medications, including side effects and proper usage.

5. **Supervision of Nursing Staff & Junior Medical Staff**
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise nursing staff and ensure that they follow medical orders and hospital protocols.
- **Mentorship**: Guide junior doctors, interns, and trainees in clinical decision-making and patient care.
- **Work Rounds**: Conduct regular rounds, evaluate patient progress, and modify treatment plans accordingly.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
