**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Care**:

- Provide initial medical assessments and care to patients in the hospital, including taking patient histories, conducting physical examinations, and diagnosing common ailments.
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, making recommendations for treatment or referrals as necessary.
- Assist in medical procedures and interventions as required under the supervision of senior doctors.
- Regularly review patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Respond promptly to emergency cases and assist in resuscitation, stabilizing patients, and providing emergency treatment.
- Provide immediate care in critical situations and transfer patients to specialized departments as needed.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with consultants, specialists, and other healthcare staff to ensure comprehensive care for all patients.
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff, ensuring proper implementation of care plans and follow-up care.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting assessments, treatments, and interventions.
- Prepare reports for senior medical officers or consultants regarding patient status, progress, and treatment recommendations.
- **Administration**:

- Participate in departmental meetings, case discussions, and clinical reviews.
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and referrals as required.
- **Continuous Learning**:

- Stay updated on medical advancements, treatment protocols, and hospital procedures.
- Participate in training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance medical knowledge and skills.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in [Country/Region].
- **Experience**:

- Freshers or medical professionals with up to 2 years of experience in a hospital setting are encouraged to apply.
- Previous internship or clinical experience in a hospital is an advantage.
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments and handle medical emergencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Empathy and compassion towards patients.

Pay: ₹25,662.88 - ₹71,514.39 per month
