**Job Title: Medical Doctor - Longevity & Wellness**

**Location**: Chennai, India

We are seeking a passionate and experienced doctor to join our medical team, offering both online and offline consultations while promoting longevity, wellness, and functional health practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct online and offline consultations for patients, focusing on wellness, functional health, and longevity practices.
- Develop personalized health plans and track patient progress, utilizing Aiwo’s state-of-the-art systems.
- Provide lifestyle recommendations, guidance on supplements, and therapeutic interventions to achieve healthspan goals.
- Stay updated with the latest research in longevity, wellness, and functional medicine, integrating these insights into practice.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of wellness professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
- Train and educate patients on maintaining wellness and managing chronic conditions with evidence-based approaches.
- Support the Aiwo team in developing health education materials, including content for webinars, workshops, and events.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in Aiwo’s electronic health systems.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing learning sessions.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualifications**: MBBS or equivalent medical degree; certifications or training in wellness, functional health, or longevity are an advantage.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years in clinical practice or patient consultations.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent fluency in Tamil and English; proficiency in Hindi is a strong plus.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a diverse patient population.
- **Mindset**: A keen interest in wellness, longevity, and functional medicine, coupled with a willingness to learn and innovate.
- **Location**: Must work in person at Aiwo’s Chennai office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
