**Role Description**

The job holder is responsible for all Import and Export process related activities, such as custom clearance, Per and Post Shipment documentation, Sample Inventory management ,Local distribution, vendor bill processing, and reporting of samples.

1. Import / Export Inventory management and local distribution service fulfilment:

- Handling Import and Export Sample orders, shipment arrangement, customs clearance and GRN / inventory management and local distribution. Following the SLA and service KPIs aligned to make sure delivery on time in full. Fulfill Export and Import obligations and close IDPMS and EDPM. Sample warehouse management.

2. Operational Excellence

Proactive communication with stakeholders to understand the requirements of stakeholders and continuously improve to achieve operational excellence.

3. Reporting

Reporting of daily transaction pertaining to Export / Import / local distribution sample shipments, Sample inventory report and Vendor Bills.

4. ERP (SAP ) and IMPEX management systems utilization

Familiar with SAP, utilization and do assigned transaction in ERP system and use all other IMPEX management systems to manage all transactions.

**Export shipment**

Preparation of Pre and Post shipment documents for Sample Export.

Shipment booking, packing and dispatch.

Customs Clearance.

Communication with CHA and other vendors.

HAZ DGD and VGM preparation.

Submission of Export documents to finance.

Insurance Preparation.

Vendor Bill processing.

EDPMS / EODC closing.

**Import Shipment**:
Verification of import shipping docs.

Coordination with suppling plant.

Preparation of various declaration.

Follow-up with CHA for import Sample clearance.

Shipment tracking with courier companies such as Fed-Ex, DHL, UPS.

Duty payment and customs clearance.

Vendor Bill payment,

IDPMS closing.

**We believe you bring (Education & Experience)**

1 to 5 years’ experience in Import - Export and warehousing operations / supply chain. Experience with Logistics SCM or Manufacturing, Automobile is preferred. Demonstrated knowledge in performing Customs clearance for IMPEX and Inventory management

Any Bachelor’s Degree or any certifications into logistics & SCM or Export Import would be added Advantage

Ability to perform,understand and communicate detailed information analysis and evaluation.

**Functional Skills**:
Good understanding of Import & Export - procedures & formalities and inventory management.

Experienced Import and export professionalism with broad understanding of import and export knowledge.

Knowledge of Logistics in general and import and export specifically.

Knowledge of customs regulations and any regulation changes.

Understanding of business processes and business in general.

Customer focused.

Written and reading in English is required.

Logical thinking.

Strong working knowledge and history of using computers and programs specific to Import-Export & logistics ( SAP ) ,Microsoft word and excel

Ability to perform,understand and communicate detailed information analysis and evaluation.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
