Logistics / Supply Chain

**Job Summary**:
The Logistics Executive is responsible for coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations. They ensure goods are shipped, received, and distributed efficiently and on time, maintaining accuracy in documentation and inventory levels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the daily logistics operations including shipping, receiving, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and dispatch of goods.
- Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and customs clearance paperwork.
- Monitor and track shipments and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate stock records and manage inventory levels.
- Plan and optimize routes and delivery schedules to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for transportation and logistics.
- Handle customer queries related to delivery and shipment issues.
- Maintain good relationships with vendors and clients.
- Generate regular reports on logistics performance and inventory levels.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in a logistics or supply chain role (1-3 years preferred).
- Knowledge of logistics software (e.g., Tally, SAP, WMS, Excel).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
