**Key Responsibilities**

**A. Sales & Business Development**
- Manage bulk product sales across assigned regions and sectors.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements within company policies.

**B. Logistics & Supply Chain Management**
- Plan, schedule, and oversee bulk dispatches through tankers, trailers, or containers.
- Ensure seamless coordination between production, warehousing, and transport teams.
- Optimize transportation routes and resource utilization for cost efficiency.
- Manage third-party logistics vendors, evaluate performance, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Monitor delivery schedules, turnaround times, and service quality metrics.

**C. Safety & Compliance**
- Ensure all logistics operations adhere to company safety policies and government regulations.
- Oversee documentation, permits, and compliance requirements related to bulk transport and handling.
- Conduct regular safety briefings and audits in coordination with the EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) team.

**D. Coordination & Reporting**
- Collaborate with internal departments—Sales, Operations, Finance, and Compliance—to ensure smooth execution of orders.
- Track and report sales performance, freight costs, and logistics KPIs.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

- Ability to **lead cross-functional teams** and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of **regulatory and documentation processes** for bulk transport.
- Focused on **safety, efficiency, and customer service excellence.**

Pay: ₹9,924.11 - ₹35,814.48 per month
