Job Overview:Our organization seeks experts with in-depth knowledge of structure design for bulk material equipment, specifically cranes and conveyors.Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive methodologies for reviewing structural designs, adhering to applicable codes and standards for bulk material handling cranes/machinery.Design and analyze bulk material handling structures, including EOT cranes and conveyor systems, to ensure optimal performance and safety.The ideal candidate will oversee the review of conveyor GA and detailing of components, design reviews of conveyor systems, power calculations, drive equipment selection, curvature calculations, counterweight calculations, and shaft design.Review FEA analysis results for various crane components using SOLIDWORKS SIMULATION.Verify motion analysis results.Support the sales team in proposal preparation and estimate control.Identify improvements in work practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure timely delivery of client projects.Requirements:Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.A minimum of 10 years' experience in structural design, with a focus on bulk material handling machinery for mining and industrial applications.Proficiency in relevant software for structural analysis and design.
