Location: Turbhe, Pawane, MIDC

-Key Responsibilities:

 Plan, organize, and monitor logistics operations including transportation,

warehousing, and distribution of steel and engineering products.

 Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure timely

delivery of materials.

 Monitor and manage stock levels, inbound and outbound shipments, and inventory

accuracy.

 Negotiate contracts and rates with logistics service providers to achieve cost

efficiency.

 Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

 Maintain accurate documentation for logistics activities including invoices, bills of

lading, shipping documents, and customs clearance (if applicable).

 Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental regulations related to

logistics.

 Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational

costs.

 Prepare logistics reports including cost analysis, delivery performance, and route

optimization.

 Support project execution by coordinating movement of specialized steel and

engineering materials to project sites.

Qualifications & Skills:

 Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business

Administration, or related field.

 2–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management (preferably in

steel, heavy engineering, or manufacturing industry).

 Strong understanding of logistics processes, transportation networks, and inventory

management.

 Familiarity with ERP/Logistics Management Systems.

 Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

 Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

 Willingness to travel and manage on-site logistics when required.

Compensation

 ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience & skills)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹480,000.00 per year
