**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Invoice & Dispatch Documentation**:Prepare and issue accurate sales and job work invoices. Generate all necessary dispatch-related documents including PDI reports, delivery challans, test certificates (TCs), e-way bills, packing lists, weighment slips, and export labels (as required). Ensure all documents reflect correct pricing, quantity, taxes, and customer-specific requirements.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate and organized records of invoices and dispatch documents in compliance with statutory and internal policies. Ensure all documentation is audit-ready and up to date.

**-Logistics**: Coordinate with the logistics/dispatch team to ensure smooth and timely dispatch of materials.

**-Systems, Accounting & Communication**:Operate Tally Prime for billing, accounting entries, and voucher management. Should have a working understanding of debit/credit, GST, and basic accounting principles. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook for reporting, data handling, and effective communication with customers and internal teams.

**Education**

Graduate in Commerce or related field preferred.

**Experience**

2-3 years in billing/dispatch in a manufacturing setup.

**Skill Requirements**

Knowledge of Tally Prime is Mandatory -Advance Level

Good communication and coordination skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Flexible and willing to work extended hours when required.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
