**Responsibilities**
- Monitor Process Objectives of department.
- Plan Risk Analysis in department to achieve Targets.
- Take Corrective Actions on Root Causes in case of Targets not achieved
- Ensure Knowledge Management maintained in the department so that people leaving doesn’t affect department performance.
- Close all old pending NCR’s of Audits.
- Attend management review meeting
- Approving suppliers
- Preparing purchase orders
- evaluation of suppliers
- Evaluation of supplies and assisting the unit head in selection of suppliers
- Negotiation with suppliers on matters relating to time of supply ,quality and prices
- Sourcing and sending enquiries for new items to be procured
- calculate delivery performance & take action on problematic suppliers
- Knowledge of quality policy
- Ensure continuous improvement
- Decide corrective and preventive action related to their department
- Approving and re approving all documents of QMS as necessary
- Reporting to unit head
- Participation in internal quality audits
- Monitoring and measurement of respective process
- Ensure all Corrective action on NCs
- Ensure Preventive action on Potential NCs
- GRN for in ward material
- Update the stock of material on daily basis
- Issue of material against the requisition
- To submit the requisition to purchase department for new items
- Maintain bill and track book
- Attend MRM
- Root cause of issue listed by all department
- Maintain good house keeping in stores
- Maintain safety in stores
- Avoid miss use and theft of material from stores
- Follow FIFO
- Proper storage preservation of material
- Decide material movements and storage
- Preparation of dispatch documents
- Maintaining stores and purchase records
- Reporting to marketing & production HOD
- Participation in internal quality audits
- Monitoring and measurement of respective process
- Take the FG stock & maintenance records.
- Arrange the vehicle for dispatch
- Dispatch the material of customer as per requirement
- Preparation of invoice.
- Daily update dispatch quantity of customer requirement
- Share the dispatch details to customer
- Packing the material as per customer requirement
- Telephonic communication with customer before dispatch.

**Education-**

Any Graduate

**Experience-**

Minimum 2 years of experience needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
