Executive Assistant to Md

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Calendar Management**: Coordinate and manage the MD's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
**3. Documentation and Correspondence**: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
**4. Meeting Coordination**: Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
**5. Travel Arrangements**: Arrange domestic and international travel logistics for the MD, including flights, accommodations, visas, and transportation.
**6. Information Management**: Maintain confidential files and records, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
**7. Miscellaneous**: Ability to work in a dynamic environment as and when the need arises for any uncertain work.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
2. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
3. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software, coupled with discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments.
