**Job Title**: Research and Development Scientist - Grade I/II

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Graphene synthesis, conductive ink formulation for fabric coatings, and Graphene based nanofiber development.
- Perform material characterization using XRD, AFM, SEM, TEM, FTIR, UV-Vis, and other analytical techniques.
- Interpret and analyze experimental data to optimize materials and chemical processes.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring accurate and reproducible results.
- Develop new methodologies for nanomaterial synthesis and characterization.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including chemists, physicists, and engineers.
- Prepare research reports, technical documentation, and scientific publications.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in laboratory environments.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Grade I: Ph.D. in Nanotechnology, Chemistry, Materials Science, Polymer Chemistry with 2 years experience or M.Sc. with minimum 4 years experience in the related field.
- Grade II: Ph.D. in Nanotechnology, Chemistry, Materials Science, Polymer Chemistry or M.Sc. with minimum 2 years experience in the related field.
- Strong understanding of Nanomaterials, solvents, and conductive inks.
- Hands-on experience with XRD, AFM, and other characterization techniques.
- Proficiency in chemical data analysis.
- Knowledge of spectroscopy, microscopy, and chromatography techniques.
- Experience with laboratory equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small research team.
