Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and inspect polymer production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct quality control tests (tensile strength, MFI, impact, etc.) using lab equipment.
- Maintain and calibrate testing instruments (e.g., UTM, DSC, TGA, MFI tester).
- Implement and monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC) and quality metrics.
- Investigate and analyze product defects and quality failures; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards (ASTM, ISO, BIS).
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to improve process quality and consistency.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports.
- Support audits (internal and external) and implement QMS best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
