We have a requirement for QC Chemist for Isha Life, Coimbatore. The work locaion will be Madampatty. Please find below the Job details:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sample Testing: Conduct routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using various analytical techniques.
  • Data Documentation: Record and maintain accurate data from laboratory tests and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Quality Assurance: Assist in maintaining the laboratory's quality management system and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Equipment Calibration: Ensure laboratory equipment is properly calibrated and maintained according to established protocols.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to support product development and troubleshoot quality issues.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and comply with industry regulations and standards.
  • Line clearance : Before starting the production GMP compliance , CIP & COP as per SOP guidelines.
  • Need to ensure food safety & quality.

Skills & Competencies Required:

a.Third party manufacturing experience GMP, GLP, CCP, OPRP ,PRP knowledge & SOP implementation effectively.

b. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills & Food safety as well as quality.

c. Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal.

d. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
