As a Internship Telecaller for lead generation, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, and setting up appointments for our sales team. Your primary goal is to generate interest and gather information that can help convert leads into customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our company and services.
- Qualify leads by gathering necessary information and identifying their needs.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-up activities in our CRM system.
- Follow up with leads as necessary to ensure engagement.
- Provide feedback to management on lead quality and call outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills, both Hindi And English.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or lead generation is a plus.
- Strong persuasive skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Basic understanding of MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve targets.
