**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Manage Reception Area
- Guide visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, Screen and forward Daily E-Mails.
- Receive, Sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Manage meeting spaces and common amenities
- Coordinate and help to arrange events at office or outside office.
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for the employees/ Directors.
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
- Ordering Lunch for the employees coming for the Training to HO.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
