Key Responsibilities
- **Lead Generation**:Identifying and researching potential customers through cold calls, networking, and social media to find new business opportunities.
- **Sales Presentations**:Scheduling and conducting meetings to present company products or services, tailoring presentations to meet client needs.
- **Negotiation & Closing**:Negotiating contract terms and pricing to successfully close deals and secure sales.
- **Client Relationship Management**:Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for repeat business or upselling.
- **Market Research**:Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market needs to maintain a competitive edge and identify new opportunities.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:Working to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and contributing to overall revenue goals.
- **CRM & Reporting**:Using customer relationship management (CRM) software to track sales progress, manage client data, and generate performance reports.
- **Internal Collaboration**:Working with other internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a cohesive client experience.
- **Brand Representation**:Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
