Claim and complaint management
Product feedback to R&D and Sales
Demand Generation Activities
Training - of internal and external staff
Market Intelligence - current practices by the competition, latest trends in customer service and customer experience
Implementation of Marketing and Service Initiatives
Sales support - support sales team in timely customer complain resolution, sales generation through customer activities etc.
