**Job Title**: Procurement Specialist (Organic)

**Required Qualification**: Postgraduate Degree in Agri Business or Organic Diploma

**Required Experience**: 5-7 years

**Location**: Bhopal/Gurgaon

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies for organic products.
- Identify and evaluate organic suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Manage supplier relationships and resolve any issues or disputes.
- Monitor market trends and availability of organic products.
- Ensure compliance with organic certification standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize procurement processes.
- Provide support and guidance to the procurement team as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Postgraduate degree in Agri Business or Organic Diploma.
- 5-7 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on organic products.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and principles.
- Knowledge of organic certification standards and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.

**Salary**: ₹1,362,214.62 - ₹1,565,426.06 per year
