- The Source to Pay organization is in charge to provide professional procurement and accounts payable services to the legal entities (800+) operated by the client affiliates across 31 countries. Scope of service includes the end-to-end Procurement and AP process, PR and PO creation, vendor master management, goods receipting, procurement related hold resolution, invoice processing, issue and hold resolution, vendor query management and AP related reconciliation activities._
- Responsibilities_
- _Lead a S2P team running various activities related to vendor master maintenance, PO management, procurement issue resolution and/or invoice processing, invoice issue and hold resolution, AP related reconciliation._
- _Conduct interviews, integrate new joiners to the team._
- _Build an effective team by creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture._
- _Establish team priorities, behaviors and deliverables._
- _Supervise and monitor team performance and report on metrics._
- _Provide regular feedback and performance evaluation to the team members._
- _Set clear expectations and KPIs towards team members._
- _Support the team members with development plans and career mentoring._
- _Develop good working relationships and structured operating rhythms with sourcing and business finance partners._
- _Act as primary point of contact for country/regional business controllers, sourcing partners and buyers for complex issues._
- _Drive migrations, process stabilizations and improvements with manager/PM support._
- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications / Skills_
- _Written and verbal proficiency in English, min C1 level_
- _Proven team leader experience in multinational environment_
- _Experience of motivating & managing team of professionals to deliver consistently high standards_
- _Shown ability to drive team performance with a focus on metrics and flexible approach with a team spirit_
- _Good understanding of accounting and source to pay practices_
- _Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges_
- _Effective interpersonal skills and highly professional style when dealing with business clients_
- _Comfortable delivering against quantitative and qualitative performance metrics_
- _Proficient IT skills including Excel and Outlook_
- _Knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle)_
- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Additional European language knowledge is a plus but not a must._
