Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager Procurement will be responsible for managing the procurement process of various project types, including Greenfield, brownfield, and retrofit projects. This encompasses civil, finishing, and architectural & MEP works, encompassing bid evaluation, contract award, and terms & conditions in different contract modes.This role involves screening suppliers, negotiating favorable payment terms, monitoring suppliers' performance, ensuring contractual obligations, and delivering services on time.The Senior Manager Procurement will also oversee planning, procuring, and delivering all materials for projects in line with project schedules. Orders must include complete details, such as terms and conditions, delivery dates, and safeguarding company interests.In addition, this role entails comparing received quotations for rate, quality, etc., for analysis and finalization.Key duties include evaluating vendor quotations to ensure alignment with technical and commercial specifications required for the project, managing pricing, costing, and budgeting, and maintaining records of all vendors and awarded works.The Senior Manager Procurement will also evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time, and best prices, ensuring that all criteria are met according to organizational requirements and expectations.
