Purchase Executive - Import & Export

Job description

Must need experience with purchase executive in electronics home appliances & basic knowledge of shipping will be preferable

Key Responsibilities
- Research and source potential Suppliers based on requirement and specification
- Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- Review quality of purchased products.
- Import & Export Document Preparation for Customs Clearance.
- Develop contracts for potential authorities and negotiate with suppliers and maintain all procurement policies.
- Expertise in Claim and Monitor Duty Drawbacks.
- Expertise in shortlist suppliers with international supply capability.
- Expertise in verify and validate suppliers credentials like license, entity registration certificates. Etc.,
- Job will further include to travel to meet potential clients both domestic and international.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sourcing of factories for appliances and houseware
- Order follow up and coordination of orders with factory
- Timely shipments of factories
- Schedule and Track Goods / Container Status
- Travelling to audit factories as well and inspect goods
- Manage a team to follow up factory orders
- Other duties as the Company may reasonably request to be done in connection with the business of the Company.
- Immediate joiners will be given high preference.
- Any Degree in business stream to the position.
- Experience in manufacturing industry would be Preferable.
- Well versed in negotiations. Good in dealing with numbers.
- Good in Computer and in communication skills.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience required

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹11,960.26 - ₹25,290.13 per month
