**Location**: Chennai (Head Office / Factory - Poonamallee Bypass Road, Vanagaram, Chennai - 600095)

**Job Overview**

Homegenie Building Products Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a **Purchase Executive** to manage end-to-end procurement operations for our manufacturing plants. This position will handle sourcing, vendor management, cost control, and ensuring the timely availability of materials to support smooth production and project execution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage procurement of raw materials, consumables, hardware, and indirect purchases for factories and projects.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers/vendors.
- Issue purchase orders and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Coordinate with stores, production, and planning teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Track and monitor purchase budgets, lead times, and material costs for cost control.
- Maintain accurate procurement records in ERP systems (PO logs, GRNs, vendor details).

**Education**:

- BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

**Experience**:

- 1 to 3 years in purchase, Vendor development, Sourcing (preferably in manufacturing)

**Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and vendor development
- Excellent negotiation skills, PO management, and supplier communication
- Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple departments

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Fixed Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on experience & designation)
- ESI & PF contributions
