**Job Description : -**

Manages all social media channels and campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction. Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy. Works with various company departments to promote the overall brand through social media channels.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
- Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the organization and brand
- Monitor the company’s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users
- Creates and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages
- Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
- Leadership and communication skills

**Qualifications : -**
- Proficiency in many social media platforms
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
