**Job Title**: HR (Talent Acquisition) - Intern

**Position Type**:In-Office

**Qualification **:Pursuing or Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Market Research, or a related field.

**Stipend**:10000 per month

**Duration**:Full-time internship for 3 Months.

**Location**: Mumbai (Andheri East)

Join our HR team as an HR Intern and gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, employee relations, and HR administration. Perfect for those eager to learn and grow in the HR field.

**Day in your life**:

- Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Organize employee engagement activities and address queries.
- Maintain employee records and assist with HR reports.
- Coordinate training sessions and track employee development.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
