About the Role:We are looking for a motivated and creative Talent Acquisition Intern for a 12-month internship to help source and attract top talent to TMF Group, focusing primarily on hiring in non-IT, with occasional support for other countries. In this role, you will contribute to building our employer brand in the market and play a key role in sourcing the best candidates.The ideal candidate will be able to juggle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and respond with agility to situations that require quick decision-making.Role & responsibilities:- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.- Create detailed job descriptions and specifications.- Actively search for candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks.- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.- Conduct market research to identify trends and inform sourcing strategies.- Use LinkedIn Talent Insights for data on talent availability, market trends, and competitor analysis.- Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics using Avature to ensure smooth workflows.- Regularly review job ads for accuracy, engagement, and alignment with branding and compliance.- Provide support to various Talent Acquisition projects.Preferred candidate profile:- Preferably pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, or a related field, but we welcome candidates from diverse educational backgrounds.
