About the Role:We are looking for a motivated and creative Talent Acquisition Intern for a 12-month internship to help source and attract top talent to TMF Group, focusing primarily on hiring in non-IT, with occasional support for other countries. In this role, you will contribute to building our employer brand in the market and play a key role in sourcing the best candidates.The ideal candidate will be able to juggle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and respond with agility to situations that require quick decision-making.Role & responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.Create detailed job descriptions and specifications.Actively search for candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks.Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.Conduct market research to identify trends and inform sourcing strategies.Use LinkedIn Talent Insights for data on talent availability, market trends, and competitor analysis.Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics using Avature to ensure smooth workflows.Regularly review job ads for accuracy, engagement, and alignment with branding and compliance.Provide support to various Talent Acquisition projects.Preferred candidate profile:Preferably pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, or a related field, but we welcome candidates from diverse educational backgrounds.
