**Job Summary**:
The Hospital Administrator oversees the daily operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring efficient management of staff, resources, and services to deliver high-quality patient care. This role involves coordinating departments, managing budgets, enforcing policies, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Management**: Supervise and coordinate administrative and clinical departments to ensure smooth hospital operations.
- **Staff Supervision**: Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance; ensure adequate staffing levels across departments.
- **Financial Oversight**: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-effective strategies without compromising patient care.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure adherence to healthcare laws, accreditation standards, and safety regulations.
- **Patient Services**: Oversee patient care quality, satisfaction, and grievance handling to maintain high service standards.
- **Policy Implementation**: Develop, review, and enforce hospital policies and standard operating procedures.

Oversee day-to-day administrative and clinical operations.

**2. Human Resource Management**
- Recruit, train, and supervise medical and non-medical staff.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance appraisals.
- Promote teamwork, discipline, and staff welfare.

**3. Financial Administration**
- Prepare annual budgets and monitor hospital expenses.
- Approve purchases, maintain inventory, and control operational costs.
- Ensure proper billing, accounting, and financial reporting.

**4. Patient Care and Satisfaction**
- Monitor quality of healthcare services and patient satisfaction.
- Address patient complaints, grievances, and feedback promptly.
- Implement patient-centered policies and procedures.
- Ensure all hospital departments function efficiently and in coordination.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and patient-friendly environment.
