**Key Responsibilities:Teaching & Instruction**:

- Prepare course materials, lesson plans, case studies, and assignments in alignment with academic standards.
- Assess student performance through exams, presentations, projects, and participation.

**Curriculum Development**:

- Design and update course content to reflect current industry practices and healthcare policies.
- Collaborate with other faculty and departments to enhance interdisciplinary learning.

**Research & Publications**:

- Engage in academic and applied research in hospital/healthcare administration.
- Publish in peer-reviewed journals and present at academic or industry conferences.

**Student Mentorship**:

- Provide academic and career guidance to students.
- Supervise student dissertations, internships, and project work.

**Institutional Support**:

- Participate in departmental meetings, accreditation processes, and quality assurance initiatives.
- Help organize guest lectures, industry visits, and collaborative programs with hospitals or healthcare institutions.

**Industry Collaboration**:

- Build relationships with hospitals and healthcare organizations to facilitate internships, placements, and industry exposure for students.
- Stay updated with developments in healthcare management to bring real-world insights into the classroom.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
