We are looking for a high minded energetic HOD Cum Faculty for Hospital Administration

**Responsibilities**:
To handle the team

To contribute in developing and upgrading quality of delivery of classes from time to time.

To develop quality assurance framework.

To develop, measure and follow performance indicators of the department, program, members and students.

To transfer knowledge including practical skills, methods and techniques in Hospital Administration

To challenge thinking, foster debate and develop the ability of students to engage in critical discourse and rational thinking.

To supervise student projects, field trips and, where appropriate, placements.

To set, mark and assess work and examinations and provide feedback to students.

To practice teaching and learning of avantgarde.

To conduct and promote interactive lectures, case-based learning, inquiry guided learning and project-based learning.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

Day shift

Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:
Master's (required)

**Experience**:
Hospital Administration

: 5 years (preferred)

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
