Customer Relation Executive

CRM Manager should be able to solve customer requests but will proactively offer ideas and insights to improve the customer’s issues and challenges.
- CRM will follow up on every issue and ensure complete satisfaction and maximum utilization of the product or services sold to customers.
- The CRM Manager will work with customer service, marketing staff and development team to maintain a customer-focused attitude with a focus on activities that create lifetime customers.
- He must be educated to value customer relationships, and trained to understand existing customer profiles.
- The CRM Manager is responsible for retention campaigns, from conceptualization through to analysis. This includes idea generation, proposal preparation, overseeing the production process and overseeing execution.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Customer issues management
- Training new users.
- Happy calling for service.
- Understanding users requirements and planning them into development
- Managing Support Team and train them for any required things.
- Take decisions for customer's unacceptable requirements.
- Manage all challenges in Customer support.
- Meet customers when needed/ for new references / AMC collection / for new ideas and features.
- Collect and Manage Feedbacks from Customers, present negative feedbacks to concerned people to improve quality of product or service.
- Bring Sale from References (Targeted every month)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
