**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for social media, website, blogs, and campaigns.
- Plan monthly content calendars aligned with marketing and academic goals.
- Collaborate with influencers, designers, and social media teams to ensure consistency in tone and messaging.
- Write and edit high-quality educational, promotional, and SEO-friendly content.
- Research trending topics related to UPSC, IAS coaching, and education to create relevant and engaging material.
- Analyze content performance using insights and analytics to improve engagement.
- Coordinate video scripts, ad copies, and student success stories for campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- 1-5 years of experience in content strategy, content writing, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, and social media trends.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English (Tamil proficiency is a plus).
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling ability.
- Ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in the education or training industry.
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Basic familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Express.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
