This role also involves reel and poster creation using tools like Canva and content creation in English and Marathi. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others. - Create and publish engaging content, including reels, posts, and graphics. - Design visually appealing posters and creatives using tools like Canva. - Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and audience engagement. - Collaborate with marketing, design, and video teams to ensure alignment with brand voice and marketing campaigns. - Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to optimize strategies. - Respond to comments, messages, and audience queries professionally and promptly. - Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. - Apply SEO and content marketing principles to maximize online visibility. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Social Media Content Strategist, Social Media Manager, or similar role. - Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. - Fluent in English and Marathi with excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: - Digital Marketing Awareness: Familiarity with content marketing and digital marketing principles. - Video Content Creation: Experience in creating reels and short-form videos. - Design Skills: Ability to create visually appealing graphics and posters using Canva. - SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO strategies is a plus.
