Upgrading Customer experience in the clinics
Being the SPOC for Voice of customer program by analyzing the feedback given by customer and working towards improving the same
Sharing insights with clinics via Reads, snippets, Moments of Magic
Driving change and improvement in Google reviews
Creating Dashboards and Gathering insights from the Customer feedbacks
Creating a culture of customer excellence that encompasses all roles by integrating frontline and backend with a common purpose of being a customer forward organization in every sense.
Studying Industry trends via competitor analysis
Working with cross functional teams in gathering inputs and designing customer experience programs
Handling customer complaints/ escalations including social media
Conducting root cause analysis of customer complaints and identifying areas of improvement and provide resolution to the customer
Conducting training to frontline on NPS/Google Reviews
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
