ABOUT THE ROLE BygC is looking for a Business Development Specialist, based at Bengaluru.
BygC is an early-stage EdTech Startup with a mission to bridge the skill gap in the BFSI industry & meet the career aspirations of both job & career aspirants.
As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll be responsible for building partnerships & generating business from educational institutions, offline coaching centres and other partnerships. The role also may have part team handling responsibilities. The role will require significant travel, both within the city & in neighboring districts.
**Responsibilities**:
Plan sales strategy & be responsible for setting and meeting aggressive business targets
Do marketing & promotional activities at colleges etc.
Achieve aggressive revenue targets
Qualifications:
Strong communications skills (English & Kannada)
Sales experience of minimum 1 years
Demonstrated ability to work in startups, with demanding business targets
Location: Bengaluru
Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
