**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Platform Team**is a tribe handling the intricate interactions between the platform, our distributors, our investors, and Sales teams. Every investor/distributor on-boarded will come through your products and your challenge will be how to effectively create a curated experience that is also operationally efficient and built for scale.

**Your Mission**
- Develop and steer CRM Product vision in alignment with the company strategy based on the deep understanding of the Domain & Regional business needs, as well as keeping industry trends into consideration.
- Building best in class customer centric product team. Ability to plan your organization, find and retain great talent and manage it effectively.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Service teams to solve their pain points which impact their operational efficiency and productivity.
- Lead data-driven product development approach by partnering closely with analytics to define metrics and KPIs
- Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company and build consensus on the product roadmap, together with managing the work of cross-functional product teams in tandem with technical counterparts.

**Your Skills**
- 5-6+ years of relevant professional experience in a Product role, with exposure in CRM & Sales and at least 5+ in a leading Product team.
- Experience in digitalization and automation of processes over**Salesforce**by challenging the status quo with an optimized and automated process.
- Prior hands-on working experience in managing**Finance Products**and the ability to inspire and further grow the team members
- You’re very familiar with the day-to-day of product management, and understand how to develop a good product culture, process, and structure. Experience in working in a global matrix organization is a big plus.
- Ability to balance user needs with business priorities and provide a rationale behind your decisions
- You have a good understanding of business KPIs, and how to translate strategy into action using an OKR framework. You are good at managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication in order to get others on board of your idea
- You love to engage people across the company at all levels with your enthusiasm to make a positive change.
