Executive -call Centre

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make **outbound calls** to prospective leads and follow-ups as required.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving class-related issues and inquiries.
- Share accurate schedules and batch details with customers in a timely manner.
- Support the team with **data entry** and updating CRM systems.
- Convert inquiries into enrolments through persuasive and customized sales pitches.
- Follow up with **warm leads** and **lapsed enquiries** to increase conversions.
- Meet and exceed **weekly/monthly enrolment and conversion targets**.
- Maintain CRM records including lead status, call outcomes, and follow-up actions.
- Prepare and share **regular reports** on lead quality, conversion trends, and feedback.
- Collaborate with management to optimize the sales and customer service process.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Proficient in English** (written and spoken); strong sentence construction and grammar.
- Ability to converse fluently in **Hindi** when required.
- Strong **telephone etiquette**, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic to intermediate **computer skills**; familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
- Working knowledge of **MS Excel**, including **VLOOKUP** and basic reporting.
- Strong **persuasion and negotiation** abilities with a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage objections and close sales effectively over the phone.
- Comfortable working in a **fast-paced, high-pressure environment**.
- Open to **working overtime** or flexible shifts as per business needs (compensated accordingly).
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in **call center**, **customer support**, or **tele-sales** roles is a plus.
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) is an advantage.
- Previous experience in the **education or training industry** is desirable.
