**We are looking for** **experienced and results-driven Outbound Telemarketing Executive to join our team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospects in the USA, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments or transferring calls to the sales team.**

**Shift Timing: Night Shift** (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST)

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers in the USA.
- Follow a defined script and pitch to generate leads.
- Qualify prospects based on campaign criteria.
- Accurately record and update call outcomes in the CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Handle rejections professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
- Communicate effectively in English with clarity and confidence.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in an outbound call center (USA campaigns preferred).
- **Age limit
- 19 to 33(in yrs)**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working night shifts (USA time zone).
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
