**Job Title**: Telemarketing Executive
**Location**: Chinar Park, Kolkata
**Experience**:

- More than 6 months
We are hiring Telemarketing Executives to generate leads and schedule appointments through outbound calls.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the company database
- Clearly explain services and generate interest
- Schedule a minimum of 4 appointments per day for the sales team
- Maintain and update client information in the CRM
- Follow up with leads to ensure high conversion
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Maintain a polite and professional tone during all interactions

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 1 year of telemarketing or sales experience preferred
- Freshers with excellent verbal communication are welcome
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
- Basic understanding of CRM tools is an advantage
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and positive attitude
- Comfortable working 5days working

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
