Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Executive, located in Kolkata. The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for generating leads, providing customer service, supporting customer needs, and handling sales inquiries. Daily tasks will include making outbound calls to prospective clients, managing customer follow-ups, and maintaining detailed records of interactions and transactions.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with CRM software and telemarketing tools is a plus
