- **Revenue Matters**: Knowledge and handling of 7/12 corrections and related documentation.

**Client Coordination**
- **Communication**: Excellent skills in coordinating with clients and addressing their needs.
- **Meetings**: Conduct monthly client meetings to discuss project progress and resolve concerns.

**Administrative and Organizational Skills**
- **Record Keeping**: Strong organizational skills for maintaining records, tracking project progress, and managing a work tracker.
- **Reporting**: Proficient in daily reporting and process documentation to ensure a smooth workflow.

**Field Work and Government Liaison**
- **Document Submissions**: Conduct submissions and follow-ups in government offices such as SDO, Tahsil, TIRL, KDMC, and visit sub-registrar and Talathi offices for document registration.
- **Approval Process**: Ensure timely processing and approval of documents.

**Project and Process Management**
- **Project Tracking**: Maintain a comprehensive list of projects, ensure legal agreements are obtained, and manage all related documentation.
- **Document Management**: Keep accurate and organized records of all documents, ensuring accessibility and up-to-date status.
- **Work Tracker**: Oversee daily reporting and monitor task progress through a work tracker.

**Search Reports**
- **Advocate Collaboration**: Work with advocates to obtain and review search reports for property transactions.
- **Verification**: Verify the accuracy of search reports to prevent legal discrepancies.

**Administrative Efficiency**
- **Task Handling**: Ensure timely and efficient handling of administrative tasks related to fieldwork and documentation.
- **Supervisor Updates**: Provide regular updates and reports on ongoing projects to supervisors.
