Customer Care Executive

Welcomes and greets patients and visitors.
- Enquires politely on the reason for visit and ensures patient is properly guided.
**Job Description**:
- Upon new patient arrival, will have to prepare themselves with all materials required for registering the patient, such as the outpatient file, registration form and general consent.
- Explains the registration process and obtains completed forms from the patient and uploads to the EMR after verifying the forms for completeness. Patient photo is also uploaded into the record.
- Captures patient source information during registration based on the set guidelines.
- Schedules patient appointments.
- Tracks patient at all times through outpatient process and follows up to ensure the optimal patient wait times.
- Captures patient each step of the patient’s workflows in the OPD tracker for follow-up and closure of the patient processes including consultation, investigations, diagnosis, staging, through start of treatment.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
