**The Job**
- Document customer conversations accurately in our CRM
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Stay updated on visa policies and Atlys product offerings
- Flag user pain points and share ideas to improve the support experience
- Currently in the third year of college or a recent graduate
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Comfortable learning visa regulations quickly and explaining them in simple terms.
- Patient, solution-oriented, and able to convey empathy in every interaction.
- Organized and diligent about follow-ups and documentation.
- Based in Delhi or able to commute to our Delhi office daily.
- ** Ready to join immediately for a 3-6 month internship.**
