**Purpose Of Guest Coordinator Role**:
As a Guest Coordinator, you will be responsible for aligning interaction Sessions with Dr. Vivek Bindra and with famous personalities like, Celebrities, Politicians, Billionaires or Millionaires and Businessmen.

**As a Guest Coordinator Role, you are expected to**:

- Responsible for coordination and scheduling of guests as assigned, for shows, involving contacting guests and scheduling their recordings and appearances
- Maintaining and promoting, greeting, checking in and serving scheduled guests in a courteous, efficient and professional manner, both on-site and on the phone
- Responsible for coordinating travel accommodations for guests.
- Responsible for documenting source information, network storage paths, ordering transcripts, and filing music cue sheets, associated with TV show
- Coordinate and manage appointments and meetings for guests with Dr. Vivek Bindra Sir.
- Maintain an organized schedule to ensure timely arrangements.
- Lining up interviews of Politicians / Celebs/Known Faces related to business with Dr. Vivek Bindra Sir.
- Assist guests with media interactions, including interviews, photo shoots, and promotional activities.
- Leverage your extensive network to identify and approach celebrities, politicians, and VIPs for event appearances.


**NOTE: Experience with NDTV, Zee News, Aaj Tak, News24, ET Now, CNBC TV 18, Zee Business, NDTV Profit news channels is preferred.**

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
