**Role Summary**:
The Ghee Operator will be responsible for handling the complete process of ghee production — from cream separation and boiling to clarification, filtration, and packaging. The role demands attention to hygiene, precision in temperature control, and adherence to food safety and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor ghee processing equipment (boiling, clarification, filtration, and filling machines)
- Maintain accurate records of batch processing, temperatures, and output
- Ensure consistency in ghee texture, aroma, and color as per quality standards
- Check and maintain raw material quality (butter, cream) before processing
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work area as per SOPs
- Assist in packing, sealing, and labeling of finished ghee
- Follow safety, hygiene, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
- Support maintenance staff during equipment checks or breakdowns
- Coordinate with QA team for product testing and quality verification
- Maintain daily production logs and report any deviations immediately

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 10th pass or equivalent; ITI/Diploma in Dairy Technology preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in ghee or dairy production operations
- Knowledge of ghee production process and equipment handling
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety norms
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions precisely

**Work Conditions**:

- Factory-based role

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
